Job Summary Web Developer

The Web Developer is responsible for designing, coding, testing, and maintaining responsive, user-friendly, and high-performing websites and web applications. The role involves working closely with designers, project managers, and other developers to translate business requirements into functional, visually appealing, and scalable digital solutions. The Web Developer ensures that all web assets are optimized for speed, security, accessibility, and cross-platform compatibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support internal business applications using ASP.NET Blazor,, C#, and SQL Server.
• Build complex queries, procedures, and views using advanced SQL Server development techniques.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and developers in the U.S. to gather requirements, design user-friendly solutions, and deliver clean, maintainable code.
• Use Azure DevOps for version control, code reviews, and work item tracking.
• Participate in system testing, debugging, and performance tuning across both web and database layers.
• Maintain technical documentation and follow secure development practices.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 9 years of web development experience using C#, ASP.NET (preferably Blazor), and SQL Server.
• Strong database development skills, including complex SQL queries, stored procedures, indexing, optimization, and database design in Microsoft SQL Server.
• Solid understanding of modern software development practices, including source control and code review workflows (Azure DevOps preferred).
• Ability to independently manage tasks and drive projects forward.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent English communication skillsability to collaborate professionally and clearly with U.S.-based teams.
