Job Title: Web Developer Department: IT / Development Reports To: Project Manager / Team Lead Location: Bhutani Alphathum, Sector 90, Noida Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and creative Web Developer to design, develop, and maintain responsive and user-friendly websites and web applications. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of front-end and back-end technologies, UI/UX principles, and be able to work collaboratively with the design and content teams to deliver high-quality digital experiences. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain responsive, mobile-friendly websites and web applications. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code using modern web technologies. Collaborate with designers and content creators to implement web designs. Optimize website performance, loading speed, and user experience. Ensure cross-browser compatibility and troubleshoot UI/UX issues. Integrate APIs and third-party services as required. Maintain and update existing websites regularly. Participate in code reviews and suggest improvements. Stay updated with the latest web development trends, tools, and best practices. Required Skills & Technologies: Frontend: JavaScript,TypeScript, Next.JS, React.js / Angular / Vue.js Backend: Java Springboot, Node.js, PHP, Python, or similar Frameworks: Express.js, Laravel, Django (as applicable) Database: MySQL, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL Tools: Git, VS Code, Figma, Postman Others: REST APIs, JSON, Responsive Design, SEO Basics Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. 2–3 years of experience in web development Key Competencies: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and teamwork. Attention to detail and creativity. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Preferred: Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress, Shopify, or Webflow. Knowledge of UI/UX principles and modern design trends.
