Web Developer

You will be responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing the Shopify website as the main e-commerce platform. This includes handling customizations, theme modifications, and other related tasks. Additionally, you will maintain and enhance the Hospital WordPress WooCommerce website to meet specific technical and content requirements. Your role will involve building and maintaining responsive websites to ensure high performance across all devices and browsers. To excel in this position, you should have experience working with front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery for UI enhancements and interactivity. A strong understanding of PHP for back-end development in WordPress/WooCommerce is essential. Knowledge of server hosting environments and http/2 protocols will be beneficial. You will take ownership of website speed, performance, and Core Web Vitals improvements. This includes conducting regular performance tests using tools like GTmetrix and PageSpeed Insights to identify and troubleshoot speed issues. You will also be responsible for debugging and fixing issues using tools like Firebug and Chrome DevTools. This is a full-time position with benefits including Provident Fund.
