The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. A professional certification such as CFA, CFP, or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory. Candidates must have a minimum of 2-4 years of experience in financial analysis, investment research, or trading support. Strong proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling tools is essential. Knowledge of financial software platforms such as Bloomberg, Reuters, or similar is advantageous. Candidates should have excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, along with a keen eye for detail and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities
