As a Web Designer - UI/UX Designer at Ensuesoft Pvt Ltd, you will play a crucial role in creating visually appealing and user-friendly web applications and websites. With your 1.5+ years of experience in HTML, CSS, and Figma, you will collaborate with developers and project managers to deliver high-quality products that align with UI/UX design principles. Key Responsibilities: - Develop responsive and interactive web pages using HTML5 and CSS3. - Convert design mockups into pixel-perfect, cross-browser compatible layouts. - Collaborate with teams to create UI mockups, wireframes, and prototypes in Figma. - Ensure consistency in design and branding across all web projects. - Implement UI/UX best practices to enhance usability and customer experience. - Create and refine web components such as buttons, forms, and navigation. - Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs. - Conduct UI testing and debugging to uphold design quality standards. Desired Skills & Qualifications: - 1.5+ years of experience in Web/UI Design. - Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles. - Strong knowledge of Figma for mockups, wireframes, and prototypes. - Solid grasp of UI/UX principles and user-centered design. - Good eye for aesthetics, typography, and layout balance. - Experience with cross-browser compatibility and mobile-first design. - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to collaborate effectively with developers and project managers. Preferred (Bonus Skills): - Familiarity with front-end frameworks like Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS. - Knowledge of basic JavaScript/jQuery for UI interactions. - Exposure to version control systems (Git). - Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for design assets.
