About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior Web Designer who can translate brand strategy into world-class

digital experiences. This role is for someone who understands brand systems, clarity, UX

thinking, and high-quality interface design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design responsive websites that reflect BBTs brand clarity and visual systems
• Work closely with brand strategists & content teams to convert narratives into structured

UX

• Create sitemaps, wireframes, page layouts, micro-interactions, and component libraries
• Work with dev partners to ensure pixel-perfect implementation
• Manage multiple projects and deliver strong, consistent design output
• Maintain a high aesthetic quality aligned with BBTs craft standards

Requirements:

• 56 years experience in web/UX/UI design
• Strong portfolio of websites with clean, modern design
• Expertise in Figma (mandatory), Adobe Suite, prototyping tools
• Understanding of responsive design, UX heuristics, and web accessibility
• Ability to collaborate with strategists, developers, and brand designers
• Bonus: knowledge of Webflow / Wordpress ecosystems
