About the Role

Prologic Technologies is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Web Designer to craft visually appealing, user-friendly, and responsive website designs. This role is perfect for someone with a strong design sense, proficiency in modern design tools, and the ability to translate concepts into engaging digital experiences. You will collaborate closely with developers, marketers, and content creators to bring our brand vision to life across all digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Website Design & Development

• Create responsive website layouts that align with project requirements and brand guidelines
• Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs
• Optimize designs for usability, accessibility, and performance across devices

UI/UX Enhancement

• Translate user requirements and feedback into intuitive, user-friendly interfaces
• Maintain consistency in typography, colors, and design elements
• Conduct usability testing to refine user experiences

Graphics & Branding

• Design web graphics, banners, and UI elements that support marketing campaigns
• Maintain visual consistency with brand identity across all web assets

Collaboration & Communication

• Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, content, and development
• Provide creative input and design solutions during project planning phases

Growth Plan for This Role

First 6 months:

• Design and deliver high-quality web pages for active projects
• Improve existing website interfaces for better UX and performance

Next 6–12 months:

• Lead design direction for new company websites and landing pages
• Collaborate on UI/UX strategy to enhance brand presence

Year 2+:

• Take ownership of overall design strategy and mentor junior designers
• Contribute to brand evolution and oversee large-scale design projects
