Web Designer / Front-End Developer

As a Web Designer at Xcellence-IT in Surat, India, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing compelling creative designs to engage customers and prospects. Your responsibilities will include: - Producing new website designs, banners, and other digital materials with a strong understanding of design elements such as typography, composition, color, and imagery - Maintaining and developing consistent site-wide graphic design - Conceptualizing new templates and site designs - Designing and optimizing email and page templates for recurring use - Proactively offering suggestions and strategies to drive engagement and revenue through web design - Being a pro-active self-starter and independent thinker with a creative, flexible, and detail-oriented approach under daily deadlines Your skills should include: - A great eye for design with a strong conversion focus - Strong working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, and other design tools - Outstanding web graphic design skills - Solid understanding of web design best practices for e-commerce websites - Strong sense of concept development and ability to research and adapt to the latest designing tools and techniques - Web designing and some front-end development skills like HTML/CSS/JS coding knowledge will be a plus - Good problem-solving and analysis skills - Team-player with strong communication and collaboration skills To be eligible for this position, you should: - Be a graduate/diploma holder in creative arts - Have excellent communication and presentation skills If you are passionate about web design and want to be a part of the Xcellence-IT team, apply now and be a part of our awesome team!,
