Job Description:
Copywriting & Content Marketing

Develop and execute innovative content strategies and campaigns to drive brand awareness and engagement.

Write clear, engaging, and persuasive copy for websites, blogs, product pages, landing pages, and digital campaigns.

Implement SEO strategies to keep content readable and optimized for search engines

Work closely with marketing and design teams to ensure consistency in brand voice, tone, and messaging across all channels.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm and develop creative concepts aligned with business objectives.

Monitor industry trends and conduct competitor research and content audits to identify gaps, opportunities, and ensure content stays fresh and relevant.

Ensure all content adheres to Chicago English standards, company brand guidelines, and is plagiarism-free.

Create and manage editorial calendars and messaging frameworks for campaigns and seasonal initiatives.
Social Media Content

Write and schedule content for social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).

Collaborate with the social media team to ensure brand consistency and timely publishing.

Monitor engagement metrics and optimize content based on performance insights.
Content Publishing & Management (dotCMS)

Create, update, and maintain website content and digital assets (text, images, videos, and links) using CMS platforms.

Manage content publishing workflows, including reviews, approvals, and timely go-live.

Ensure content accuracy, consistency, and compliance with brand and quality standards.

Maintain content governance with proper version control, updates, and archiving and CMS publishing
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

4–6 years of experience in copywriting, content publishing, or related roles.

Proven ability to create engaging content tailored to different audiences and platforms.

Strong project management and organizational skills.

To write in the Chicago English style.

Experience working with CMS platforms and project management tools.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Experience with reviewing, editing, and optimizing AI-assisted content is an advantage
