Role Description

We are seeking qualified Professors with a Ph.D. to join our prestigious School of Engineering, Computing, and Management at Mohan Babu University. This is a full-time, on-site position in Tirupati. Responsibilities include delivering high-quality teaching for undergraduate and postgraduate programs, guiding research projects, publishing research in high-impact journals, and fostering an environment of innovation and learning. Professors are also expected to collaborate with interdisciplinary research teams and actively contribute to departmental development, academic events, and curriculum advancements.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. degree in a relevant field within Engineering, Computing, or Management.
• Proven experience in teaching, research, and academic mentoring at the higher education level.
• Demonstrated publication record in reputed journals (indexed in Scopus/WoS preferred).
• In-depth knowledge of subject matter, course design, and delivery in relevant domains.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in collaborating with industry, faculty, and international institutions is highly desirable.
• Knowledge in modern teaching methodologies and use of technology in education is a plus.
