Roles and Responsibilities Identify and address denials by investigating root causes, appealing denied claims, and reducing write-offs. Handle patient billing processes from admission to discharge, ensuring accurate coding and timely submission of claims. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., medical records, insurance verification) to resolve issues related to patient care and billing. Desired Candidate Profile 2-4 years of experience in AR calling Strong knowledge of RCM (Revenue Cycle Management), Denial Management, Medical Billing, AR Caller/SR.AR Caller skills. Excellent communication skills for effective negotiation with customers over phone calls.
