Who we're looking for:

- A qualified CS with 1–3 years of experience

OR

- A fresher who has completed articleship from a reputed PCS firm.

What you'll do:

- Handle secretarial compliances.

- Assist with ROC filings, board meetings & documentation.

- Be the go-to for governance, filings, and legal clarity.

What you bring:

- A detail-oriented mindset.

- Strong knowledge of the Companies Act & related laws.

- Professionalism, punctuality, and a positive attitude.
