WCM Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are hiring a WCM (World Class Manufacturing) Coordinator to support continuous improvement and process excellence in our manufacturing operations. The candidate must have strong communication skills in English and be proficient in PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and monitor WCM implementation across departments.
• Prepare and present WCM reports and dashboards in PowerPoint.
• Conduct WCM training and awareness sessions.
• Track KPIs and improvement projects.
• Support documentation and audits for all WCM pillars.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate in Engineering or Science stream.
• 2–5 years of experience in WCM / Lean Manufacturing / Continuous Improvement.
• Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal).
• Strong in MS PowerPoint and Excel.
• Knowledge of Kaizen, 5S, TPM preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹14,000.00 per month
