The Customer Care Professional will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, providing exceptional customer support, and addressing customer inquiries and concerns. Day-to-day tasks will include handling customer service interactions via phone, email, and in-person, tracking customer feedback, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining comprehensive records of customer interactions.
