JD of Sales Executive About the job Job Title: Sales Executive – B2B Partnerships Department: Sales & Partnerships Location: Gurgaon Job Type: Full-time Salary+ Performance Incentives Work Days: 6 Days a Week, 2nd and 4th Saturday off, Travel: Required (Local travel to client/partner sites) About: Wavecrest is a fast-growing IT hardware company (camera, CCTV, Laptop, Computers, Security equipment and more) based in Gurgaon. Objective: To identify, approach, and build strong partnerships with Developers, Schools, Colleges, Educational Institutes, Hospitals, Health Centers, Banks, MNCs, these are our clients. The goal is to drive bulk orders and recurring B2B sales through meaningful collaborations and persistent follow-ups. Key Responsibilities: Identify potential B2B clients, including: Developers Under-construction projects Societies, Malls, Companies, Hospitals Architects and a health center Import and export agencies Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relations (preferably in marketing and sales) Excellent verbal and written communication skills: Persuasive, confident, and goal-driven with strong follow-up ability Willingness to travel for meetings and client visits across Delhi NCR Strong organizational and time management skills Prior experience dealing with B2B or corporates is a plus Growth Path: High performers will have the opportunity to be promoted to B2B Sales Manager or Strategic Partnerships Head based on sales achievements and relationship development.
