Duties & Responsibilities Shift Incharge:- Supporting in allocation the shift to the Supervisor, Houseman and Lady Attendant as per the duty roaster and handling the maintenance and cleaning standard. Checking the cleanliness and maintenance of the mall. Taking Care of the maintenance of the machine and inform to Manager regarding issues, if any. Team Handling- Lead and motivate the team on a daily basis to assist in the maintaining the cleaning standards. Will ensure the department runs smoothly and efficiently all day, every day, and our guests are well looked after. In absence of Manager, he takes care of plan and co-ordinate the activities of Housekeeping Supervisors and their staff. Ensure all the team understand and are working to all health & safety, fire and security policies. Helping in provide guidance, support, direction, coaching and correcting, to departmental employees by ensuring guest satisfaction; dealing with complaints, requests etc. To conduct shift wise briefing; and assign daily duties to all housekeeping personnel. Quality Control: Checking quality control and daily operations of Housekeeping department by monitoring schedule, check list and hands-on visual inspection of the Mall and enforcing Housekeeping staff to follow control measures and request feedback. Assign duties, inspect work, and investigate complaints regarding housekeeping service and equipment and take corrective action. Training :- In absence of Manager, giving brief training of outsourced staff & Internal staff including their grooming and how to use machines. Daily check-up that correct methods are used in the cleaning process and machines are used as per the ISO Standards. Record Keeping:- Maintaining the record of lost and found & inform to Security department regarding this. Preparing the Monthly and Weekly Report. Maintaining the Uniform record and its maintenance. Store Maintenance:- Maintaining proper record of the Chemical stock, Machine equipment (Depreciation) & other HK related items. Bill Processing:- Assisting his Manager for preparation of all outsourced and in-house bills of Housekeeping department. Processing all the bills (signed by Unit Head) to HR after verifying all the bills. SOP Implementation and Training Module:- Preparing and maintaining the SOPs module and running the Housekeeping operations as per the SOP. Providing the training to the down line staff and briefing them the policies and working process. Guest Relationship:- Establish a rapport with tenants and guests by conducting regular checks, addressing complaints or questions and providing direction; Being proactive in communication through frequent telephoning, and written communication; following through with all transactions. Maintaining Basic Hygiene; Checking of all floors, public area, washrooms, cinema area are serviced and cleaned daily. Assisting to Manager Housekeeping for co-coordinating inspection or inspect assigned areas to ensure standards are met. To ensure that the mall, multiplexes and office area are checked regularly for repairs and refurbishing, and ensure appropriate maintenance. Maintain a high degree of "floor presence" to observe the housekeeping operations and to provide appropriate feedback and coaching to team members
