Water Resources Specialist

Job Description: As a qualified candidate for the position, you will be responsible for designing, operating, and monitoring water treatment systems for arsenic, iron, fluoride, and salinity removal. You will play a key role in establishing and managing water quality testing laboratories, ensuring NABL accreditation. Your tasks will include overseeing water quality surveillance systems using Field Test Kits (FTKs) and developing and implementing water safety plans, sanitary surveys, and monitoring protocols. Additionally, you will be expected to coordinate with communities and health departments to ensure quality assurance. Qualification Required: - ME/M.Tech in Environmental or Public Health Engineering, or Masters in Chemistry/Microbiology (PhD preferred). Experience Required: - Minimum 8 years in water quality management, treatment, or environmental engineering. Preference: - Experience with PHE Department, Rural Water Supply Department, or DDWS (GoI).
