Job Title: Fertilized Organic Manure Expert Bio CNG Business Location: Maharashtra, Uttar Pradesh Job Type: Full-Time / Contract We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Fertilized Organic Manure Expert to join our Bio CNG business team. The ideal candidate will specialize in the development, optimization, and management of organic manure products derived from bio-waste processes, contributing to sustainable agriculture and renewable energy initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Development & Optimization: Design, develop, and optimize organic manure formulations derived from bio-waste and digestate to enhance nutrient content and soil health. Support on Research & Innovation: Support the centralized research team on composting, bio-digestion, and manure processing techniques to improve fertilizer quality and environmental sustainability. Quality Assurance: Ensure standards for organic manure quality, ensuring compliance of final product with regulatory standards and best practices. Process Management: Oversee, set and ensure processes for FOM, PROM production and processing of organic manure, ensuring efficient utilization of digestate generating from solid liquid separations systems. Technical Support & Training: Provide technical guidance to farm partners, field staff, customers, internal teams and all stake holders at large regarding organic manure application and benefits. Collaboration: Work closely with R&D, engineering, and marketing teams to innovate and promote organic manure products. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed records of processes, quality checks, and research findings; prepare reports for stakeholders and regulatory bodies. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all manure products meet local and international environmental and agricultural standards. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in agriculture, Soil Science, Environmental Science, or a related field. Proven experience of 10-12 years in organic manure production, composting, bio-digesters, or related bio-waste management. Strong understanding of soil fertility, nutrient management, and sustainable farming practices. Knowledge of bio CNG processes, digestate utilization, and waste-to-energy technologies. Familiarity with regulatory standards related to organic fertilizers and bio-waste management. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. Good communication and training abilities. Strong sense of commercials, ability to assess financials implications of change in processes of production. Preferred Attributes: Experience of minimum 5 years of working in renewable energy or bio-CNG sectors. Innovative mindset with a passion for sustainable agriculture. Ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams and willingness to travel pan India for setting up FOM production facilities.
