Water Wash Supervisor reports to Works Manager and plays a vital role in improving the satisfaction level of customer by ensuring [a] on time delivery of car and [b] handover of the vehicle in clean and dirt free manner. Critical activities of Water Wash supervisor includes, Ensuring Safe Working Environment, Identifying and resolving the bottle neck area, Reducing Idle time of water wash assistant via proper allocation of work, increasing manpower and bay productivity, Ensuring high customer satisfaction level and to support, motivate & overview the team and individual’s performance. Water Wash Supervisor work closely with other job functions in the company to improve overall customer satisfaction.
