Job Description

We are hiring a Warranty Coordinator to manage warranty claims, failed parts inspections, and documentation as per OEM guidelines.

Responsibilities:

  • Submit and track warranty/AMC/EW claims on time.
  • Inspect failed parts, identify issues, and get approvals.
  • Maintain proper documentation and audit readiness.
  • Coordinate with OEM, accounts, and service teams for claim settlements.
  • Support service team and handle customer warranty queries.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Automobile/Mechanical (preferred).
  • 1–4 years of experience in warranty handling.
  • Strong coordination, documentation, and communication skills.
