As a Supply Chain Manager in the FMCG industry, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and scaling the operations of SKC pan India. With over 8 years of experience, you will lead large sites and teams, ensuring efficient and effective supply chain management. Your key responsibilities will include: - Providing data-driven leadership to guide End to End operations, managing diverse stakeholders from the shop floor to leadership levels. - Ensuring safety, quality, compliance, and controls across operations, with a focus on building capabilities in exports and international order processing. - Driving innovation to enhance responsiveness and agility, making it a competitive advantage for SKC. - Overseeing pan India operations to ensure compliance with service, cost, and controls requirements. - Collaborating with key stakeholders such as Business, Planning, Finance, and Procurement to optimize supply chain processes. Key skills required for this role include: - 3-5 years of warehousing expertise, including experience in operating large fulfillment centers and familiarity with WMS and ERP systems. - Experience in conducting quality and controls audits. - Strong planning, problem-solving, and communication skills. - A high level of values-driven leadership and a team-player mindset. Ideally, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain/Logistics or equivalent hands-on experience. An MBA/PGDM in Supply Chain or Operations would be preferred to excel in this role.
