Warehouse Supervisor

The Logistic/Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficient management of inventory, and coordinating logistics activities. You will need to demonstrate strong leadership skills and collaborate effectively with various teams to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of goods. Your key responsibilities will include maintaining and recording Finished Goods Warehouse and Inventory, preparing Domestic and Export Documents as per GST, having knowledge of ERP systems, and performing MIS Reporting. You will also be supervising warehouse operations by overseeing daily activities such as receiving, storing, and shipping goods, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies. In terms of inventory management, you will monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock audits, and implement control measures to minimize losses. For logistics coordination, you will work with suppliers and transport companies to ensure timely deliveries, optimize logistics processes, and reduce costs. Team leadership is crucial, as you will manage and train warehouse staff, conduct performance evaluations, and provide feedback to team members. You will be responsible for preparing and maintaining accurate records and reports related to warehouse operations and inventory levels. Qualifications for this role include a Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, proven experience in warehouse management or logistics supervision, strong organizational and leadership skills, proficiency in warehouse management software and Microsoft Office Suite, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Key Skills required are problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse management.
