Warehouse Supervisor (FMCG)

The role involves supervising and managing warehouse activities such as inventory control, order fulfillment, and stock management. Your responsibilities will include ensuring compliance with company policies, safety protocols, and industry regulations. You will collaborate with logistics and procurement teams to facilitate smooth operations and maintain accurate records of stock levels, shipments, and warehouse transactions. Additionally, you will be responsible for training and guiding warehouse staff to improve efficiency and performance. Conducting regular audits to identify and resolve discrepancies in stock and storage conditions, as well as optimizing warehouse space utilization and workflow efficiency, will also be part of your duties. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of a Bachelors or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field. Basic understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, and safety regulations is required. Freshers are encouraged to apply; however, prior internships or training in warehousing/logistics will be advantageous. Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills are essential for this role. Familiarity with warehouse management software is considered a plus.
