Job Description

You will be working as a part of the Warehouse - Honda Fiber parts department in a company that is a super stockist of Two and four-wheeler Automobile spare parts, accessories, Tyre's, batteries, etc., dealing with brands like BAJAJ, TVS, HERO, HONDA, ROYAL ENFIELD, and more. The Head Office is based in Lucknow, and the company has been operating across Uttar Pradesh for over 45 years with a dedicated team of more than 2500 employees. **Job Description:** **Role Overview:** As a Warehouse Inventory, Operations, and Sales Manager, your primary responsibilities will include managing warehouse operations, inventory, and sales in the turnover range of 3 to 5 Cr. per month. You will also be required to implement inventory control systems, achieve key performance indicators, and ensure seamless coordination across the supply chain. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage warehouse operations, inventory turnover, and sales in the range of 3 to 5 Cr. per month. - Conduct sales management, data analysis, and reporting using Advanced Microsoft Excel functions like Lookups, Charts, and Tables. - Coordinate supply chain activities, control costs, ensure compliance and safety standards. - Maintain accurate stock levels, optimize inventory processes, and reduce costs to improve operational efficiency. - Focus on achieving key performance indicators such as sales management, inventory accuracy percentage, order fulfillment time, and stock turnover rate. **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum 2-5 years of experience in warehouse operations, sales, and inventory management with a turnover of 3-5 Cr. pm. - Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Advanced Excel functions like V & H Lookup, Pivot Table, Count if, Conditional formatting, shortcuts, and formulas. - Preference for certifications such as CPIM, CSCP, or Six Sigma. - Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field. **Additional Details:** The company offers a competitive CTC of Rs. 35,000-37,000/- per month (negotiable) along with benefits like TA, DA, PF/ESIC, Insurance, and more.
