Job Description

You will be responsible for various tasks including: - Customer Order Processing - Product picking - Planning for timely delivery - Maintaining daily reports on order pending - Following up on non-stock items - Managing and allocating work to staff - Ensuring proper storage and conducting stock verification - Packing products as per specifications - Handling return materials - Following up with customers to ensure smooth handling Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree (Preferred) - 1 year of total work experience (Required) - 1 year of customer service experience (Preferred) Please note that knowledge of Fasteners (Bolts and Nuts) is a must for this position.
