Functional

• Responsible for handling of SAP system.
• Responsible for Receipt, storage and dispensing of materials.
• Responsible for receipt, storage and dispatch of materials
• Responsible for maintain inventory for RM, PM, Consumable.
• Monitoring all warehouse Instrument, equipment’s neat and clean.
• Preparation of warehouse SOP, Formats and other documents as per requirement.

• No material mix-up

GMP

• Responsible for Balance verification, maintenance of instruments & equipment in warehouse.
• Responsible to maintain of temperature, Humidity of material storage areas.
• Responsible for handling of QMS,LMS&DMS
• To understand SOP of relevant Operations and cleaning of instrument equipment
• Maintaining FEFO/FIFO System.
• Handling of Regulatory, statutory and inventory count audits.

• Maintain GMP/GDP/GWP

EHS & Reporting

• To understand and follow the company's environment health and safety policy.
• To follow Safety Rules and Standard Operating Procedures at the workplace.
• Participate in environment, health and safety training and awareness program.
• Use of essential Personal Protective Equipment at workplace.
• Report any abnormalities, near miss incident, unsafe act & conditions in workplace, equipment, etc. which might danger environment, health & safety to respective departmental EHS coordinator/ EHS department.

Purpose of the role:

Responsible for Pharma warehouse activities.

Department:

Warehouse (Raw material, Packaging material, consumable and Finished Products)

Role & responsibilities:

• Knowledge of good warehousing practices and good manufacturing practices.
• Preparation and revision of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
• Raw materials control and manage as per FEFO/FIFO.
• Compliances of Receipt, storage and issuance of raw materials, Finished goods, PPM, Consumable and spares.
• Handling and knowledge of weighing balances, RLAF, Pass boxes and temp. monitoring systems.
• Handling of Rejected, Expired and Retest materials.
• Handling and compliances of SAP inventory module.
• Maintaining of Temperature & Humidity of stores area and controlled rooms.
• Handling Internal and external audits (Regulatory, statutory, Inventory).
• Ensuring their dept. employees are made aware of all known or reasonably foreseeable environment health, and safety hazards in the areas where they work and that their team members conduct work in compliance with all applicable health and safety rules and regulations.
• Handling of QMS Documents in Electronic system (change control, deviation, CAPA, etc).
• Handling of SOPs in electronic Document management system.
• Providing cGMP, regulatory related training to down the lines.
• Handling of URS & QRM.
• Good knowledge of P2P cycle (PR, PO, GRN, Invoice, etc.).
• Compliance of PESO related requirements.

Candidate profile:

• Candidate should have Hands on experience in warehouse functions.
• Good Knowledge of GMP, GWP, GDP and problem-solving ability.
• Good computer Knowledge, SAP Knowledge and communication skills.

Experience:

• 2 to 5 years of experience in Warehouse/Stores (Pharma)
• Handling of SAP Software

Qualification:

• BSc / B.com
