Job Description

As a Warehouse Employee at our company based in Indore (M.P), you will be responsible for various tasks related to the efficient operation of the warehouse. Your duties will include receiving and inspecting incoming shipments, unloading trucks, checking merchandise against paperwork, picking and filling orders, packing and shipping orders, and maintaining accurate inventory records. You will also be responsible for operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks to move items within the warehouse. Ensuring workplace safety is paramount, and you will need to follow safety protocols, wear appropriate protective gear, and report any safety concerns to management. Collaboration with other team members is essential to complete tasks efficiently and on time. Clear communication about order status, inventory levels, and any issues that arise is key to the smooth functioning of the warehouse. Keeping the warehouse clean and organised is another important aspect of the role. This involves sweeping floors, organising items on shelves, and ensuring that aisles are clear for smooth movement within the warehouse. The ideal candidate for this full-time position should be a graduate with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
