Warehouse Manager - Mohali

Role Overview: As a PPIC Executive / Warehouse Manager in the Pharma Industry at Mohali, your primary responsibilities will revolve around inventory management, receiving and dispatching goods, warehouse organization, supplier evaluation, purchase order preparation, and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor stock levels, ensure proper storage, and conduct regular stock audits to prevent discrepancies. - Coordinate the receipt, inspection, and proper documentation of incoming shipments, as well as timely dispatch of outgoing goods. - Maintain an organized and safe storage system, label items correctly, and optimize space utilization in the warehouse. - Identify and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery speed. - Maintain strong relationships with suppliers. - Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely approval. - Coordinate with internal teams to align procurement with demand. - Maintain accurate records of orders, invoices, and supplier agreements.
