Warehouse Manager

As a Manager - Warehouse at KK Wind Solutions, your role involves overseeing warehouse operations including Inbound, Outbound, and MOOWR. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing Inbound, Inhouse & Outbound Logistics - Ensuring Inventory Management & Accuracy - Handling Customs Compliance & Statutory Compliance in warehouse and MOOWR - Monitoring and managing 3PL Service providers - Implementing Lean Management practices in Warehouse - Maintaining good interdepartmental relations and collaborating to achieve company objectives - Building and maintaining good business relationships with external suppliers - Registering Inbound Inventory on time - Managing Defective Parts, coordinating replacements & Scrapping - Coordinating for DCR replenishments - Arranging logistics for outbound transport - Ensuring on-time supply of parts to the production line - Implementing FIFO where applicable - Safely handling materials in the warehouse - Periodic Scrap Disposal - Managing daily work allocation and people management for improved efficiency - Planning and executing Cycle Count of parts Your competencies should include expertise in Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Inventory Management, Transportation Management, SAP & ERP Systems, Documentation & Compliance, Problem Solving & Decision Making, and Cross-Functional Coordination. Educational Qualification Required: - Bachelor in Engineering or Equivalent Relevant Experience Required: - 12+ years Certifications & Licenses: - MH - safety You will also have interactions with customers and suppliers for Long Term Strategic Discussions.
