Role & responsibilities 1. Data Entry & Order Updates: Accurately enter data into multiple systems (SAP, GXS Catalogs, and other databases), dedicating significant focused time to ensure attention to detail. Update and verify order statuses using customer portals, carrier portals, and warehouse management systems. 2. Communication & Coordination: Liaise with warehouse teams, customer service, sales and marketing, and third-party EDI providers to resolve order fulfillment issues promptly. Maintain organized documentation of activities such as digital data entries, file archives, and creation or updates of purchase orders as requested by Purchasing and Customer Service. Attend to calls and emails with USA team Preferred candidate profile Any graduate with 2-3 years of relevant experience. Excellent communication skills Has worked in SAP, preferably SAP Business One Candidates who have experience in overseas processes and have worked in GCCs or BPO settings are preferred
