Job Description

As the Warehouse Inventory & Operations Manager, you will oversee all aspects of Central Warehouse Operations, ensuring Inventory Control, Timely Truck Loading, Storage, Depot Order Fulfillment & Dispatch with Zero Error. Your role is vital in maintaining accurate stock levels, efficient warehouse processes, and Timely Dispatches to PAN India Level while upholding safety, Quality & Productivity Standards. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure 100% accurate stock records through regular physical audits, cycle counts & minimization of inventory discrepancies (SAP V/s Physically). - Guarantee timely Order Fulfillment of Depot Orders with High OTIF Performance, prioritizing urgent dispatches as required. - Maintain Truck Loading Efficiency as per schedule, including proper sequence, Documentation, TAT, Orientation, Stack Height & Coordination with Logistics & Plant Team. - Optimize warehouse space using efficient storage systems (FIFO/FEFO/binning) while ensuring layout discipline and cleanliness. - Ensure Process Compliance & Zero-Error Dispatch by adhering to SOPs, conducting Quality Checks, and Error Prevention to avoid Wrong Dispatches & Minimize Errors. - Supervise Team for Workforce Productivity, monitor performance, conduct training, and ensure manpower planning to enhance speed, accuracy, and safety. - Collaborate with cross-functional Teams, provide updates to management, and proactively resolve issues to avoid delays. - Utilize ERP systems effectively, Generate Operational Reports & drive continuous improvement through data analysis for MIS Reports. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. - 5-10 years of experience in Warehouse, Inventory, or Supply Chain Operations.
