Position: Warehouse Executive

Working Days: Monday – Saturday

Shift Timings: 10:00 AM – 07:00 PM (Shift arrangements must be adaptable based on workload.)

Location: Rajkot (On-Site)

Overview

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Executive to manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including stock control, documentation, and order processing. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth workflow, maintain quality standards, and support timely dispatches to meet operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

· Prepare and organize shipment labels and invoices according to packing schedules and batch requirements from marketplaces.

· Create and manage documentation for purchase order (PO)-based orders.

· Monitor stock levels, initiate replenishment orders when required, and maintain accurate inventory records.

· Enter and update stock data in computer systems to ensure inventory accuracy.

· Organize and store returned goods in their designated locations.

· Maintain quality standards across all warehouse processes and ensure compliance with company policies.

· Assist in coordinating warehouse activities to meet dispatch deadlines efficiently.

Qualifications

· 2–3 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or related functions.

· Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word.

· Strong organizational and time management skills.

· Ability to work accurately under deadlines.

· Good communication and coordination abilities.
