Warehouse Executive

Job Description

In this position, the responsibility is to manage the day-to-day operations of the warehouse & operation department and ensure the efficient handling, storage and distribution of electrical fancy and commercial lighting, inward, dispatch, packing and courier coordination process. This position involves coordinating with various departments including retail, wholesale and distribution to maintain optimal inventory levels and meet customer demand.

Duties and Responsibilities

• To receive and inspect incoming shipments of electrical fancy and commercial lights.
• To ensure accuracy of received items against purchase orders and shipping documents.
• To record and document received materials in the inventory management system.
• To prepare and pack outgoing shipments for retail, wholesale, and distribution channels.
• To generate shipping labels, invoices, and other necessary documentation.
• To coordinate with courier services to arrange timely and cost-effective shipments.
• To track and monitor the status of outbound shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
• To collaborate with the Logistics and Courier Coordinator to optimize inbound and outbound logistics processes.
• To handle inquiries related to inward and dispatch operations.
• To conduct quality checks on received and dispatched products to ensure they meet the company's standards.
• To report any quality issues or damages promptly and follow up on resolutions.
• To assist in optimizing inventory levels to meet demand while minimizing excess stock.
• To assist internal audit team while on the audit process.
• To maintain accurate records of inventory levels, ensuring alignment with sales forecasts and demand.
• To conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• To process and fulfill orders from retail, wholesale, and distribution channels promptly.
• To coordinate with the sales team to prioritize orders and ensure timely deliveries to customers.
• To oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of electrical lights in the warehouse.
• To implement efficient warehouse layouts to optimize space utilization and streamline operations.
• To foster a positive and collaborative work environment to enhance team productivity.
• To generate regular reports on inventory levels, order fulfillment, and warehouse performance.
• To provide insights and recommendations for process improvements and cost savings.
• To ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the warehouse.
• To implement and enforce proper handling and storage procedures for electrical products.
• To Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure that all products meet established standards.
• To collaborate with suppliers to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: SSLC / +2
• No age limit
• Experience not mandatory (freshers can apply)
• Basic reading and writing skills
• Physically fit for warehouse work
• Honest, punctual, and responsible
• Male (preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
