Warehouse Executive (Inspection)

Mission:

In charge of incoming inspection or preparation control , Being responsible to support day-to-day

operations in warehouse Storage. Plan and coordinate with Cross functional teams to ensure timely operations (Receiving and Inspection of Materials).

Principal Responsibilities and Authorities:

• Receiving and Inspect all incoming materials as per Civil Aviation Requirements i.e CAR , etc.
• Keep update end users with concerned material reception.
• Ensure every material should be inspected and tagged as per MOE (Maintenance Organization Exposition).
• Maintain inspection report.
• Need to update all the Inspection transaction in SAP.
• Periodic Inspection for critical parts storage.
• Need to check the availability of CA Form 1/ EASA Form 1 for all the incoming parts.
• Manage improvement drives such as 5S, kaizen and continues improvement activities.

Skills / Qualifications:

System:

• Knowledge in MRO Warehouse and Aero parts Inspection
• Risk Management knowledge.
• Check sheet creation and Record the findings.
• Have a basic knowledge in CAR 145.

Operational:

• Graduate Engineer in Aeronautics/Diploma in Engineering/ AME course (Mandatory) with 4-8 year experience.

• Experience in Aviation warehouse is required minimum 3years.
• Team working & Problem solving skills.

Optional Required Skill:

• Able to Drive MHE equipment's. (Forklift / Reach Truck)
