Warehouse Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Warehouse Executive with 2–3 years of experience to manage daily warehouse operations, including material handling, inventory control, and dispatch management. The role ensures smooth coordination between teams, accurate documentation, and adherence to safety and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods as per company policies.
• Maintain accurate stock records and perform regular inventory audits.
• Prepare and verify documentation for inward and outward shipments (GRN, DC, invoices).
• Coordinate with procurement, sales, and logistics teams for timely order fulfillment.
• Ensure FIFO/FEFO practices for inventory control.
• Supervise loading/unloading activities and monitor handling of materials.
• Generate daily and monthly warehouse reports.
• Maintain warehouse hygiene, safety, and security

Skills:

• Working knowledge of ERP/WMS and MS Excel.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead a small team and work under deadlines.

Work Location: GPR LIFE SCIENCES PRIVATE LIMITED, Humnabad, Karnataka.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹28,000.00 per month
