Requirements

• Responsible for the SHE , EMS & TS requirements in warehouse management;
• Responsible for RM, FG, MRO And Waste Area Management.
• Responsible for inventory management ensure all goods in good and safety conditions ,Maintain accurate records.
• Responsible for 100% Dispatch plan compliance.
• Ensure Zero Downtime & Zero Detention.
• Responsible for Minimization of Logistic Complaints.
• Responsible for Hazardous & Non-Hazardous waste material storage , disposal & keep records of the same as per legal requirement.
• Responsible for managing physical movements of warehouse(s) and compliance with Safety and Security Requirements and the inventory management and quality instructions.
• Responsible for the timely and accurate registration of all warehouse movements.
• Responsible for executing and documenting periodic physical inventory counts, at least once a year in consultation with the Finance Controller.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Knowledge of inventory management systems (e.g., SAP)
• Familiarity with barcoding, scanning, and labelling processes
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts) – valid license preferred
• Understanding of safety standards and material handling protocols
• Basic knowledge of raw materials, components, and finished goods used in manufacturing
• Comprehensive knowledge in Operation/Logistic management including inventory planning etc.
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment
• Personnel Management, Training & Development
• Analytical and conceptual, with good judgment, business acumen and problem solving attitude.
• A team-leader and team-player, able to work independently and interdependently
