Warden & Moblizer

Job Summary

The Warden-cum-Mobilizer is responsible for managing day-to-day operations of the residential facility and mobilizing beneficiaries from the community for enrollment in programs. The role combines administrative supervision, student/beneficiary welfare, and community outreach.

Key ResponsibilitiesA. Warden Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the hostel/residential facility
• Maintain discipline, safety, and cleanliness of the premises
• Supervise residents and address their concerns and grievances
• Maintain attendance, registers, and resident records
• Coordinate food, housekeeping, and maintenance services
• Ensure compliance with rules, policies, and safety guidelines
• Act as the primary point of contact for residents and management
• Handle emergencies and provide first-level support when required

B. Mobilizer Responsibilities

• Conduct community outreach and awareness programs
• Mobilize eligible candidates/beneficiaries for enrollment
• Coordinate with local leaders, schools, institutions, and community groups
• Counsel candidates and parents about program benefits
• Support admission and documentation processes
• Maintain mobilization data and submit regular reports
• Assist in organizing orientation and induction programs

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum: 10th / 12th Pass (Graduate preferred)
• Experience in hostel management, community mobilization, or social sector preferred
• Local area knowledge is an advantage

Skills & Competencies

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage people and resolve conflicts
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, reporting)
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings
• Responsible, disciplined, and empathetic approach
