Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Warden for the Girls Hostel located in Lucknow. The Warden will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the hostel, ensuring the safety and well-being of all residents, overseeing discipline, and maintaining a conducive living and learning environment. The Warden will also coordinate with school staff and parents, facilitate extracurricular activities, and handle administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• Strong management and supervisory skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in handling disciplinary issues and conflict resolution
• Ability to create a safe and nurturing environment for students
• Organizational and administrative skills
• Prior experience in hostel management or educational institutions is a plus
• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Education, Management, or related field
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
