Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Provide high-quality patient care to patients in the ward, ensuring their physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
Monitor patient progress, identify potential issues, and escalate concerns to senior staff members when necessary.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and hospital processes.
Maintain accurate records of patient data, medications administered, and treatments provided.

Desired Candidate Profile

2-5 years of experience as a registered nurse (GNM) or equivalent qualification in nursing education.
Strong knowledge of nursing principles, practices, and protocols related to general medicine/ward settings.
Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication skills with ability to interact effectively with patients, families, doctors, and other healthcare professionals.
