Job Description

Dear Candidate,

We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Ward Boy to assist patients and nursing staff in day-to-day operations in the hospital ward. The role includes providing non-medical support to patients and ensuring hygiene, safety, and basic care within the hospital environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in transferring patients to and from beds, wheelchairs, stretchers, etc.
Help patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and toileting.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in patient rooms and wards.
Support nursing staff during medical procedures by arranging equipment and providing physical support.
Collect and deliver samples, medications, and reports as needed.
Change bed linens and dispose of waste as per hospital protocols.
Ensure that water, food, and toiletries are available to patients.
Respond to patient calls and provide basic help under the supervision of nursing staff.
Maintain patient privacy and dignity at all times.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
