Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Mathematics Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mathematics and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment for students. This role involves developing and implementing engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles while promoting critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Duties

• Develop and implement comprehensive mathematics curricula that align with educational standards.
• Create engaging lesson plans that accommodate various learning styles and abilities.
• Provide instruction in mathematical concepts, including but not limited to algebra, geometry, and statistics.
• Assess student progress through standardized testing and regular evaluations.
• Manage classroom behavior effectively to create a conducive learning environment.
• Collaborate with other educators to support students with special needs through individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Foster a love for mathematics by incorporating real-world applications into lessons.
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and classroom activities.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay current with educational practices.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of mathematics curriculum development and lesson planning.
• Experience working with children in an educational setting, including preschool or early childhood education.
• Familiarity with special education practices and early intervention strategies.
• Excellent classroom management skills to maintain an effective learning environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Experience in tutoring or providing additional support for students struggling with math concepts.
• Knowledge of behavior management techniques and childhood development principles.
• Experience teaching physical education is a plus, as well as familiarity with Montessori methods.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
