Position Overview We are seeking a seasoned Project Engineer with 15+ years of experience in construction and infrastructure projects, including Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) . The ideal candidate will manage and execute multiple high-impact projects across Pune and Mumbai, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Manage the complete project lifecycle — from planning and execution to delivery Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, vendors, and contractors Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources Track progress, implement changes, and resolve technical challenges Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and regulatory norms Maintain strong communication with clients and stakeholders Prepare detailed progress reports and maintain project documentation Oversee PEB project execution , including fabrication, erection, and quality assurance Requirements Minimum 15+ years of experience in the construction or infrastructure industry Proven expertise in managing PEB (Pre-Engineered Building) projects Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD , and relevant project management tools Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering , Construction Management, or a related field PMP or equivalent certification is an added advantage Willingness to travel regularly between Pune and Mumbai What We Offer Competitive, negotiable salary based on qualifications and experience Opportunity to work on landmark infrastructure and real estate projects Growth prospects within a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
