Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Operations Executive to manage and oversee the daily operations of our travel company. The role involves coordinating travel services, managing bookings, supporting clients, and ensuring the smooth execution of tours and itineraries. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the travel industry and possess excellent organizational and communication skills. Key Responsibilities: 1. Travel Operations Management Manage end-to-end travel arrangements (flights, hotels, transportation, visas, etc.) Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and partners for bookings and confirmations. Ensure timely issuance of vouchers, tickets, itineraries, and other travel documents. Monitor and manage tour logistics and operations on-ground or remotely. 2. Itinerary Planning & Customization Assist in designing and customizing travel packages based on client preferences. Conduct research on destinations, activities, and accommodations. Work with the sales team to convert inquiries into bookings with personalized options. 3. Client Coordination & Support Communicate with clients to confirm travel details, preferences, and changes. Provide pre-trip, on-trip, and post-trip support and assistance. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and emergencies professionally and promptly. 4. Supplier and Vendor Management Build and maintain strong relationships with DMCs (Destination Management Companies), hotels, airlines, transport companies, and other travel service providers. Negotiate rates, service agreements, and contracts with vendors. 5. Quality Assurance Monitor the quality of services delivered and collect client feedback. Continuously improve operational processes based on customer satisfaction and efficiency. Key Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field will be preferred Experience in travel operations or a similar role will be preferred, but freshers can also apply Proficient in travel booking systems and MS Office tools Excellent written and verbal communication Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Willingness to work flexible hours, especially during peak travel seasons
