We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Admissions Counselor to join our Admissions team. The Admissions Counselor will play a key role in recruiting and assisting prospective students through the application process, helping them make informed decisions regarding their education. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, an understanding of the admissions process, and a strong commitment to providing exceptional service to students. Key Responsibilities: Provide personalized counseling to prospective students and their families, answering questions and guiding them through the admissions process. Highlighting the benefits of specific courses in order to attract students and encourage diversity on campus. Actively recruit prospective students through outreach efforts such as campus visits, recruitment events, high school visits, and college fairs. Handle Calls Inbound / Outbound.Follow Up on leads generated through various sources. Address their Queries.Counselling and effective follow up with the leads/prospects on a regular basis and converting them into admission.
