You’ll have these assets ready to use—no need to build from scratch. What You’ll Do: Drive new business for IT staff augmentation (main focus). Use our established Freelancer, Upwork, and LinkedIn profiles to generate and convert leads. Own the full sales cycle: prospect, pitch, negotiate, and close deals. Build relationships with international clients and decision-makers. Report directly to the CEO and work closely with a small, agile team. What We’re Looking For: At least 5-8 years’ experience in IT sales, with a focus on staff augmentation. Proven success in closing high-value staffing contracts. Good network in international markets (especially US, EU, Middle East). Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Experience with platforms like Freelancer, Upwork, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Comfortable working in a small team and taking ownership. What We Offer: Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹1 lakh/month (based on experience) plus up to 10% commission on business closed. Hybrid work model (Indore office + remote).
