WalkIn from 8th Dec To 12th Dec For Technical Lead - PLC Programming

1. PLC, HMI and SCADA programming of control systems in a variety of platforms for water and wastewater treatment systems.
2. Hands-on Experience of Programming of Allen Bradley PLC, HMI SCADA System is a Must (ControlLogix, RSLogix5000, Factory Talk View-Machine Edition or Site Edition).
3. Configuration and testing of PLC/HMI/SCADA and IO networks during CVT (Controls validation testing).
4. Reads process engineering documents, including P&IDs, process design guidelines, Electrical Schematics, Communications Network Architecture and engineering best practices guides.
5. Collaborate in cross-functional project team discussions and meetings, and proactively seek relevant details for programming deliverables.
6. Interpret and follow contract and customer specifications & work with internal stakeholders to provide input upfront in the project cycle including bids, design reviews and factory testing.
7. To review the identified LL & REX and validate it before documentation for future references.
8. Contribute to the design of process controls strategies and documentation, with operator and equipment safety in mind.
9. Manage budget, scope and schedule and report risks and opportunities to project managers in a timely manner.
10. Lead/coordinate/guide/mentor other automation programming resources for projects as needed.
11. Lead and/or participate with the commissioning team to provide programming support and related activities with the FSRs.
12. Provide timely support for field service teams during commissioning, trouble-shooting, and issue resolution.
13. KPIs - Quality, On Time Delivery, Budget Vs Actual, Project Health Card, TAT for Site Resolution
