About the Role:
Birla Open Minds International School, Bandlaguda Jagir, is seeking a dedicated and tech-savvy ICT Lab Assistant to support our high school computer lab operations. The ideal candidate will assist teachers and students in using digital tools effectively, ensure smooth functioning of the ICT lab, and maintain computer systems and software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers during ICT classes and practical sessions.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and update computer systems and lab equipment.
• Manage software installations and ensure system security.
• Support students with hardware/software queries during lab hours.
• Ensure proper functioning and organization of all ICT resources.
• Maintain inventory and coordinate with vendors for repairs or upgrades.

Qualifications & Skills:

• A Bachelor's degree or diploma in Computer Science or Information Technology, along with a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed).
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in school ICT labs preferred.
• Strong technical and troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication and organizational abilities.
• Passion for working with students and supporting digital learning.
