Job Responsibilities

  • Handle

    inbound and outbound international voice calls

  • Communicate professionally with customers across different markets
  • Understand customer needs and requirements
  • Recommend suitable

    products and services

  • Resolve customer queries and concerns efficiently
  • Maintain

    high customer satisfaction

  • Maintain accurate customer and call records

Eligibility:

  • 10+2 Mandatory

  • Diploma (3 years)
  • Undergraduates
  • BE/B.Tech
  • Graduates Any Stream

  • 1 to 3 years relevant experience

  • Excellent English communication skills

  • Immediate joiners preferred

Salary & Benefits:

  • Salary: 2.5 LPA to upto 4 LPA

  • Depends on assessment score & Experience

  • 5 Days Working

  • 2 Rotational Week-Offs

  • 24/7 Rotational Shifts

  • 2-Way Free Cab Facility up to 30 KM
