KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Interact with international customers through inbound and outbound calls.
  • Understand customer concerns and provide effective solutions.
  • Deliver professional, friendly, and customer-focused service.
  • Resolve customer queries and handle escalations efficiently.
  • Maintain service quality and achieve performance targets.
  • Record customer interactions using internal systems.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

  • Excellent spoken English and communication skills.
  • Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
  • Customer-friendly attitude and professional approach.
  • Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
  • Willingness to work rotational shifts, including night shifts.
  • Enthusiasm to learn and grow in a professional environment.
