Job Description

Role & responsibilities identify potential agency partners and distribution channels. Evaluate partnership opportunities based on market potential and alignment with company goals. Negotiate and formalize partnership agreements. Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract high-performing agents. Conduct interviews and assessments to select qualified candidates. Build a strong pipeline of agents across targeted regions. Drive sales growth through strategic initiatives and agent support. Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to support agent-led campaigns. Preferred candidate profile Candidate should be experience and expertise from Health, Life or Motor Local candidate will be preferred CTC : Upto 5 Lacs + Conveyance + Other benefits
